| AUDUBON CANYON RANCH NAMED ONE OF BEST PLACES TO WORK FOR SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR
August 2010–Stinson Beach, CA – Audubon Canyon Ranch (ACR), a leader in conservation science, habitat protection and restoration, and hands-on environmental education programs for children and adults, announced today it has been recognized for the second consecutive year as one of the Best Places to Work by the North Bay Business Journal.
ACR was selected by the Business Journal editorial department based on several criteria, including the results of an anonymous employee survey and a company application that provided information on issues such as diversity, benefits and community involvement.

Recently ACR announced an agreement with Jim and Shirley Modini to acquire the 1,725-acre Modini Ranch property, located in the Mayacamas Mountains in Sonoma County.
