Catie joined Audubon Canyon Ranch in October 2020 and brings experience as a naturalist and science educator, as well as a passion for building more inclusive outdoor spaces. She has taught the UC California Naturalist Certification course and led professional development workshops for science teachers. Catie holds a master's degree in science education from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree in community studies from UC Santa Cruz. She currently serves on the board of directors for LandPaths in Sonoma County.
