Audubon Canyon Ranch relies heavily on volunteers to pursue its land preservation and habitat restoration mission. To learn more about the programs, visit the Stewardship page.

We hope you'll get involved!

Bouverie Preserve

Bouverie Steward volunteers work intimately with the land throughout the year. This dedicated crew assists with habitat protection and restoration work, while learning about the ecology behind the project.

Bouverie Stewards meet Mondays from 8:30 a.m. - noon. To learn about Bouverie Preserve's Stewardship Program or the Bouverie Stewards, contact ACR Resource Ecologist Jennifer Potts by email or call 707-935-8417.

Modini Preserve

The Modini Preserve Stewards provide essential hands-on assistance to our land management team, including trail maintenance, invasive plant removal, native plant propagation, and other special projects. Come learn more about the preserves by getting your hands dirty!
NOTE: Due to winter storm damage of Pine Flat Road, this program is on hold temporarily. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of most months from 9:00am – 1:00pm, as well as the last Saturday of every month, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. To learn about our stewardship program or the Modini Preserve Stewards, contact ACR Resource Ecologist Julianne Bradbury by email or call 707.396.8832.
