Bouverie Steward volunteers work intimately with the land throughout the year. This dedicated crew assists with habitat protection and restoration work, while learning about the ecology behind the project.
Bouverie Stewards meet Mondays from 8:30 a.m. - noon. To learn about Bouverie Preserve's Stewardship Program or the Bouverie Stewards, contact ACR Resource Ecologist Jennifer Potts by email or call 707-935-8417.

Modini Mayacamas Preserves
Preserve staff is actively recruiting volunteers to help in these capacities:
Seeking volunteers who will hike the preserve weekly or monthly (especially Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays) in order to maintain a regular presence and thus discourage inappropriate use. Indicate your availability on the volunteer intake form.
Native Nursery & Garden
Assist with planning, planting, weeding and more at the preserve's native plant nursery located at 226A Center Street in downtown Healdsburg. Indicate your availabililty on the volunteer intake form.
Work with ACR Resource Ecologist David Self on invasive plant removal, seed collecting, planting of natives, trail work, sign maintenance, mapping of plants and habitats and collecting vegetation data. Stewardship Workdays are posted on our calendar and the preserve's Meetup page at least a week ahead. Drop-ins welcome. To get involved, complete the volunteer intake form.
