The Quercus Quire, ACR's volunteer choir, brings the concepts of nature education to life through song and skit.
The choir of nature lovers performs at school assemblies throughout the northern Bay Area bringing nature education to students and teachers free of charge.
The Quercus Quire is often invited to set the positive tone and upbeat mood at ACR events.
Please contact the Quercus Quire directly to schedule a performance at your school or organization: [email protected]
We are committed to educating children about science and nature, which are the themes for all of our songs.
Most of our rehearsals take place at the Bouverie Preserve in Glen Ellen. During our singing “season” from September through mid-May, we have two rehearsals and two shows per month.
You don’t have to be a good singer! Join us for some great fun and to share your love of children and nature. We welcome new members at any time.
